These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and mag888 ("mag888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at https://mag888.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the mag888 platform — whether for the purpose of placing wagers, claiming bonuses, participating in promotions, or any other purpose — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a User must wager using a Bonus before any winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.

To register and maintain an Account on mag888, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mag888 strictly prohibits access to or use of the Platform by any individual under the age of 21.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register as Users.
• You must not be prohibited by any applicable law, regulation, or court order from engaging in online gambling activities.
• You must register using your own true and accurate personal information. The use of fictitious names, false identities, or another person's personal information is strictly prohibited.
• You must not already hold an existing Account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to register only one Account. Holding multiple Accounts is grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above criteria and that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. mag888 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided during registration.

mag888 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering (AML) best practices. You will be required to complete KYC verification before any withdrawal request can be processed, and mag888 may request KYC documents at any stage of the customer relationship.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of residential address issued within the preceding three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence from a Malaysian government authority).
• Proof of the payment method used to make deposits on the Platform (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account, bank statement confirming account ownership).
• A selfie or live photo for facial verification purposes, where required.

All documents submitted as part of KYC will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. mag888 takes the security of your personal data seriously and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect submitted documentation.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a withdrawal request may result in the request being placed on hold until verification is completed. mag888 shall not be liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete KYC submissions.

All financial transactions on the mag888 Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We do not currently support deposits or withdrawals in foreign currencies. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30. There is no maximum deposit limit for most payment methods, except where specified by the payment provider.
• Accepted deposit methods include: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Hong Leong Connect, and select cryptocurrency options (BTC/USDT at MYR-equivalent value).
• Deposits made via DuitNow and e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers are typically credited within 5 to 15 minutes.
• mag888 does not charge fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method in the same name as the registered Account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request can be processed.
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes following approval. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the recipient bank.
• mag888 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of a withdrawal request will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

mag888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered Users, including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses (up to MYR 2,688 depending on VIP tier), referral bonuses (MYR 38 per successful referral), free spins, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions offered by mag888:

• All bonuses are subject to individual wagering requirements specified in the terms of each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited at the sole discretion of mag888 and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at any given time unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• mag888 reserves the right to reclaim any bonus and associated winnings from a User's Account where evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated wagering to circumvent bonus conditions is detected.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players. mag888 may exclude professional or advantage players from promotions at its discretion.
• Birthday bonuses are calculated based on VIP tier status at the time of the qualifying birthday. Tier status is determined by deposit history over the preceding 90 days: Bronze (MYR 188), Silver (MYR 388), Gold (MYR 888), VIP (MYR 2,688).
• Referral bonuses are awarded upon confirmation that the referred friend has registered a new Account, completed KYC verification, and made their first qualifying deposit of at least RM50. Referral bonuses are capped per billing cycle as detailed in the active promotion terms.

You may use the mag888 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must access the Platform using your own registered Account and your own funds. The Platform is available in English and is designed primarily for users located in Malaysia.

Permitted use includes:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mag888 Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own identity or another person's identity.

• Depositing funds on behalf of a third party or withdrawing winnings to a payment method not registered in your own name.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

mag888 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including suspension, closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to law enforcement authorities, without prior notice to the affected User.

All content on the mag888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of mag888 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of mag888.

The mag888 name, logo, and all related marks, designs, and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of mag888. You may not use any mag888 trademark without our prior written permission.

mag888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Users. We recognise that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following Responsible Gambling Tools are available to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Once a limit is applied, it takes effect immediately and can only be reduced immediately; any increases to existing limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: You may configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out of the Platform.

• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary restriction on your Account (24 hours to 30 days) that prevents you from accessing the Platform.

mag888 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, that it will be free from errors or interruptions, or that any defects will be corrected. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.

In all circumstances, mag888's aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

mag888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where an amendment is material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment shall constitute your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting our customer support team.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. mag888 shall not be liable for any failure on your part to remain informed of changes to these Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which mag888 operates.

In the event of any dispute between you and mag888 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. We will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and to provide a substantive response within 20 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as may be prescribed by the applicable regulatory framework. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
